Privacy policy

Who we are

ORYNZA ("ORYNZA", "we") provides lead management and follow-up software for HVAC businesses. [Legal entity name and address].

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, business name, time zone, and the details of team members you invite.
• Customer records you enter: leads, customers, notes, tasks and appointments that your business adds or imports. Your business controls this data; we process it on your behalf to provide the service.
• Contact form submissions: the details you send us through our contact or demo forms.
• Basic technical data: such as IP address, used for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

To run and secure the service, respond to your requests, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

Cookies and tracking

We use only a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for the retention period of your plan. (Automatic deletion at the end of that period is not built yet; until it is, data is kept until you ask us to delete it.) You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, and we will do so except where the law requires us to keep certain records.

Security

• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text.
• Each business's data is isolated from every other business (tenant isolation).
• Data is encrypted in transit.
• Access within your business is controlled by Owner, Manager and Agent roles.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run ORYNZA (for example, hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. [List sub-processors].

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. [Add state-specific disclosures, e.g. CCPA, as applicable].
